Our friendly office staff are pleased to answer general questions, assist you with appointment scheduling and take care of your billing.

Our Registered Physiotherapists bring their experience and special skills in a variety of clinical approaches to the forefront to work with you to develop an individualized rehabilitation program and help you recover from or prevent injury.

Our Registered Massage Therapist is pleased to offer you a few moments of relaxation and to assist you to reduce your muscle tension and pain. A therapeutic massage can enhance your overall health and well-being, improving your quality of life. They utilize a variety of approaches to achieve your goals.

Our Staff

Kim Dupuis PT


  • is the owner of Point of Balance Physiotherapy Ltd.
  • brings more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • has post-graduate training in Osteopathic Manual Practice from the Canadian College of Osteopathy.
  • holds a certificate as an Ergonomic Coordinator from the University of Fredericton.
  • has completed Level AA1/AA2 Medical Acupuncture training from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute.
  • is certified to prescribe and dispense Custom Foot Orthotics through the Orthotic Group and is fully qualified in the use of the Gait Scan (TM).
  • interest in Concussion Management.
  • is a provider for Department of Veterans Affairs Canada.
  • is active in the community as an educator and public speaker.

Heidi Moffatt RMT

 Registered Massage Therapist

  • graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2009
  • is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
  • has additional training in hot stone massage
  • has completed acupressure training, with plans to incoporate into her practice
  • completed her Yoga Exercise Specialist course in 2012, with future goals to achieve her Registered Yoga Teacher ¬†level
  • continuing education is a priority for Heidi to provide her clients with the best possible client care

Angel Ninan PT


  • graduated from Mahatma Gandhi University,India in 2009
  • is registered with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario and also member of Canadian Physiotherapy Association
  • relocated to Kawartha Lakes in the summer of 2017
  • interest in Concussion management, Manual therapy
